If possible come in with a clean face, make-up free. This way we can do a thorough analysis of the your skin and take the best progress photos. If you do have make-up on, don't sweat it, we got you. You can remove any mascara in the restroom where we have pre- cleanse and clean dry facial wipes available for you

A TCA / Jessner Peel is an advanced exfoliating treatment, and your skin may go through several changes during the recovery process. Depending on your individual skin and the peel selected, you may experience temporary redness, tightness, dryness, darkening, flaking, or peeling in the days following treatment.
Before your appointment, you'll receive specific preparation instructions regarding active skincare ingredients, sun exposure, hair removal, and other factors that may affect your treatment.
After your peel, you'll be provided with detailed aftercare instructions to help support your skin while it recovers.

Yes, dyes and bleach will damage blouses. We provide comfy black salon robes found in the restroom for you to change into arriving to your appointment, to protect your beautiful tops

The perfect hair length is the size of a sprinkle ! anything less may be too short for the wax to hold on to. Anything longer, we can trim if needed. Do not trim at home for it can lead to uneven hair lengths and remember we need the size of a sprinkle

Transformation takes some time and the salon offers complimentary beverages and snacks but for lunch, we love our neighbors, at Kafe Lum conveniently located next door. Always feel free to Ubereats as well
Try to come with no mascara or eye makeup if possible. If you wear contact lenses, bring your case to take them out before we start- so you'll be more comfortable keeping your eyes closed for about an hour. If your on the go, no worries - we have pre cleanse and soft gauze in the restroom to remove eye makeup, and a space to remove contact lenses before your appointment.
Discontinue hair removal by waxing / sugaring for 7 - 10 days and if shaving for at least 72 hours prior to treatment
