All service bookings offered at Gigi Aesthetics require a card on file to hold your appointment. Absolutely no deposit is required, there will be no charge until completion of your service, you may choose to pay with another payment method.

All appointments need to be confirmed prior to your scheduled appointment day. Please confirm to the confirmation text sent out. If we are unable to confirm your appointment by the end of day prior to your visit, your appointment may be cancelled and reassigned to another guest on our waiting list.  The Card is held to secure your booking, any change with-in 24 hours will be charged per our appointment cancellation policy.

$50 No show - No call fee 

$25 Same day Cancellation fee

A "No-show" is failing to arrive to your appointment with out any prior communication 

A "Same day" fee is changing or canceling with-in 24 hours of your appointment 

Call, Text or Online - are the only forms of cancellation accepted

We allow a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes...

Service time may be shortened out of respect for the next client with out a price adjustment. However it is also with in Gigi Aesthetics right to forfeit your appointment, therefore leading to cancellation fees. Being late puts us behind and it is not fair for the next client whom is on time

Our system sends automated reminders via text / email. These reminders are a courtesy. It is each client's responsibility to remember their appointment time

All services provided at Gigi Aesthetics require completion of an intake / consent form designated to the service booked and prior to be administered.

Forms may be sent digitally or may be filled out in-house at your appointment time, prior to your service. Forms are updated at least every 12 months. If there is a change of answers to the form, please let your provider know and re- submit a new form.

Refusal to complete intake forms will result in a cancellation of your booking and subject to cancellation fees.

Refer a friend new to us and receive a credit of $10 rewards towards your next spa or salon service once they redeem their first service with us which they also will get a $10 reward for their first visit.

Rewards are unlimited, the more you refer the more rewards you earn, show your referral text at check out or ask us for your individual promo code for online check out

Rewards for referrals are non transferrable, not redeemable for cash or any form of exchange and only redeemable toward services. Cannot be combined with other promotions.

An email on file is required for digital receipts, invoices, appointment confirmations and Happy Birthday Vouchers. We only use your information for in- house purposes.

The card on file could be used for payment at check out.

Please let us know if you need to update your card on file at any given time, we will send you a form to do so securely. Other options to update are by phone, email, or via your client log-in on Vagaro done from clients end.

A secure booking and payment system is used for all transactions

All payments on terminal are subject to processing technology fees

Financing options are also subject to processing fees and approval

Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Zelle, Tap to pay with (Debit, Credit, Apple Pay) our Gift Certificates, Apple Cash and affirm pay later, Ritual Points via our Signature Memberships.

Cash & Zelle Savings

Our listed service prices reflect our Cash & Zelle pricing. Card payments are always welcome and and are subject to the applicable card processing cost

Points are not transferable, non-redeemable for cash or retail products. Only used for participating services with an active membership.

Gratuity is not included nor required, but always appreciated. Thank you !

Packages expire with-in 18 months of purchase date

Memberships have there own set of rules per membership, please read contract details at signing - processing fees apply.  

Gift Certificates expire at 90 days

Birthday Voucher is non - transferrable and redeemable only for services, no cash value. Valid only for 4 weeks after birthday date. Appointments are required, and we may request ID for verification.

All services, packages, products and items sold at Gigi Aesthetics are non- refundable and non- exchangeable

To maintain a relaxing environment, we ask no additional guest in the treatment room or lobby due to our limited space and comfort of other clients. Children are not permitted in the salon to ensure a focused, professional, atmosphere for both client and staff. Minors receiving a spa service must have parent or guardian present for the consultation portion.  

All sales are final, flat shipping fee of $12, Free shipping over $350 for product purchases. We appreciate your order and can't wait to place it so you can enjoy your products. Keep in mind, We are closed Sunday & Monday, we will promptly gather and ship your order as soon as we are back in the spa. Tracking information will be provided as soon as products have shipped.  

Photographs and videos may be taken during your visit. Progress photos are taken in the beginning and end of your treatment and kept on your client chart, it's a great way to see your improvement per treatment. By booking an appointment at Gigi Aesthetics you give permission to use any photograph or video publicly to promote the spa / salon. Understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, educational purposes, websites, and social media. However we assure you any thing we post will be tasteful and beautiful.
